RNYSO opened the First Youth Music Festival at the Sirius Park

The First Youth Music Festival opened on the 1st of June in the crowded Great Hall of the Sirius Park of Science and Art. The start of the project was marked by the concert of the Russian National Youth Symphony Orchestra conducted by Timur Zangiev, dedicated to Children's Day. The Popov Grand Children's choir and singer Anna Buturlina also participated in the concert.  Along with the RNYSO artists the stage was taken by the scholars of the Sirius educational project, musicians aged 11 to 17 from different cities of Russia.

The concert program included favorite children's songs of the past years: popular melodies from cartoons and films "Children of Captain Grant", "Circus", "Der Kleinen Muck, "Adventures of Electronic", "Guest from the Future", "Goodbye Mary Poppins!" and others.

The live broadcast of the concert was carried out by the Moscow Philharmonic, it could be watched on social networks and on the official websites of the Sirius Federal Territory, Moscow Philharmonic and RNYSO.

The First Youth Music Festival at Sirius will last until June 22. The concerts of RNYSO will be held on June 4, 10 and 12.
